Potential Issue:
GC Recruiter or HSTS Field Staff is having trouble launching/completing training modules in LMSN/A
Symptom:
- Unable to launch training module
- Unable to achieve a status of completion
Solution:
Accessing LMS Modules
Field Staff (GCRs and HSTS Field Staff) are required to complete training modules in LMS that are due August 16th. The modules include HR compliance modules as well as modules for the Department of Education. The instructions they received are stored in HDTechs, under the Distance Training folder. The document called Welcome_securityQuestions_revised 2019-FINAL.docx are the instructions that Westat sent to the GCRs and HSTS staff. They should login to the LMS as though they are home office staff (not field data collectors - in other words, they should NOT go through the FIG).
Dept of ED-CSPA Instructions
The three .PDFs that begin with 'DeptofED-CSPA' are the department of Ed instructions for taking those three courses. When complete, they should email their certificates of completion for each course to backgroundscreeningunit@Westat.com - they should NOT attempt to upload these to the Field Staff Training Site.
