If the module is not loading all the content 
or the answer options are missing from the quiz
:
- Click the next arrow, then the back arrow
OR
- Close and relaunch module
If using Internet Explorer, instruct the user to switch to Google Chrome.
If problem persists, escalate to Tier 2 -Distance Training/ Ops and provide the following details.
